Honeymoon

Ahh I'm finally sitting down after a long day of work and house cleaning! I have been thinking all day about our Honeymoon cruise and wishing we were there again. I don't think I realized how amazing it was to be away with nothing to do until we got back. We went on a wonderful cruise from Charleston to Nassau and Freeport, Bahamas.We had the greatest time on the first cruise for both of us. In Nassau we kind of made our own adventure and went to a Pirate museum, a local restaurant, and a public beach for some rest and relaxation! Freeport, we chose to go on a cruise excursion and had a BLAST! We went on a Jeep tour around the island, stopped at a cute botanical garden for lunch, and finished our tour at a wonderful beach area. The Bahamas were beautiful and such a fun adventure! The water was so crystal clear blue!

We are already thinking and planning for our next big vacation and thinking about cruising again! Personally, I think I would rather go directly to the Bahamas and spend a week there rather than on a boat most of the time. We had a great time on the boat, but our best memories are from being on the islands so I would much rather spend more time there.

Wow! Just looking through my pictures is making me want to go back! I can't wait for our next adventure, whatever it may be!

Sisterly Love

Monday is almost over!!! I love the weekends and Mondays can be so hard to get through, but thankfully today is coming to an end! My sister came over for dinner tonight and we had some delicious ranch pork chops! I got the recipe over at Creations by Kara, we have had it a few times because it is so easy to make and just cooks in the crock pot all day! This was the first time my sister had it and she LOVED it! 

Anyways, we are sitting here now watching The Big Bang Theory and The Voice! And my sister is making a neat little pillow for a friend! I love it when she is home from school!

Hopefully sometime this week I will be posting some pictures from our wedding festivities and honeymoon!

First Post Ever!

The Anthony's have finally arrived! We have our very own blog :) I plan to use this blog to document our relationship, fun projects, yummy recipes that we try and our adventures as a married couple. Its crazy to think that we have already been married a month and a half when it feels like we just got married yesterday! We are still getting settled into our cute little apartment and still figuring out what this marriage thing is all about. We finally (as of yesterday) have a joint bank account :) and are still trying to get my name changed in different areas of life. I was surprised at how many things we had to do to change my name and to get settled in. Sometimes I feel like if I pinch myself I'll wake up from this dream, but then realize that nope, I am really living out everything I have wanted for so long! To be married to my soulmate and best friend, to have our own little place, to be a wife, and to come home everyday to the love of my life! It really is like a dream come true and its amazing to wake up every morning and be reminded of how blessed I am. Anyways, enough about our sappy love story and how wonderful life is. It's time for me to catch some Zzzz's and get ready for another week of work, tomorrow's Monday!
